BEFORE YOU PRINT
Newborn passport photo tool terms.

What this tool provides
This site offers general photo guidance and a browser-based crop and print-sheet tool for US infant paper passport photos. It is provided as available, without a warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for your application. Nothing on this site promises that a photo or an application will be accepted.
Your checks matter
You are responsible for using a photo you have permission to process, following current requirements, keeping baby safe during the photo, correcting the head guides, inspecting image quality and checking the physical print with a ruler. Automatic estimates can be inaccurate, especially for newborn faces, closed eyes, hair, unusual lighting or a tilted head. A passing size indicator checks only the distance between the guide lines.
Printing software and photo counters may resize or enhance images despite the JPEG’s density metadata. Check the 1-inch ruler line, the 2-inch photo edges and the head height on the actual print. Do not rely on screen dimensions.
Source guidance and scope
Rules can change. Always consult the U.S. Department of State photo requirements before applying. This site does not process applications or provide legal advice. The exports are for paper photos, not online renewal uploads or other countries’ formats.
Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for printing expenses, application delays or other losses arising from reliance on this tool. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. We may change or discontinue the tool and will update these terms when necessary.
