Local runtime change:
The generated vision_wasm_internal.js and vision_wasm_nosimd_internal.js
classify only the exact message
"INFO: Created TensorFlow Lite XNNPACK delegate for CPU."
as console.info rather than console.error. All other stderr output continues to
use console.error. The source npm files, WASM binaries and model are unchanged.
